3. Accepted Currency

All prices displayed on Trend3wear.us and all transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). If your payment method is denominated in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a foreign transaction or currency conversion fee. These fees are determined by your financial institution and are outside of our control.

4. How Payment Works

  1. Select Your Sneakers: Browse our collection and add your desired sneakers to your shopping cart.
  2. Proceed to Checkout: Once you’re ready, proceed to the secure checkout page.
  3. Enter Details: Provide your shipping address and select your preferred payment method from the options listed above.
  4. Review Order: The total cost of your order, including product prices and any applicable taxes (shipping is free on all orders within the US), will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.
  5. Place Order: Your payment is authorized and charged when you click Place Order.
  6. Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after successful payment, detailing your purchase.

5. Payment Failures

If your payment is declined, please try the following steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Check Details: Verify that your card number, expiry date, and CVV (the 3 or 4-digit security code) are entered correctly.
  2. Billing Address: Confirm that your billing address matches exactly what your bank has on file for your payment method.
  3. Contact Your Bank: Some banks may block online or international transactions by default as a security measure. Contact your bank or card issuer to approve the transaction.

6. Buyer Protection

PayPal Buyer Protection: Eligible purchases made through PayPal are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection. This program may cover your full purchase price plus original shipping costs if your item doesn’t arrive or doesn’t match the seller’s description.

Stripe Chargeback Policy: If you encounter any issues with your order, we kindly request that you contact us first at hello@trend3wear.us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving most issues quickly and directly to your satisfaction. Disputes filed directly with your bank without prior communication with us may result in a longer resolution process.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed promptly and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
