Shipping Policy & Tax

1. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email within minutes. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder or contact hello@trend3wear.us.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to: United States only We do not currently ship to addresses outside these destinations.

3. Processing and Delivery Times

Total delivery time = Order Processing Time + Transit Time

Orders placed before 0:00 PM GTM-7 on business days begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday seasons. Exact shipping cost (if any) is displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier is selected based on your destination and chosen shipping method.

6. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships
  • Track your package directly on the carrier’s website using that number
  • If you have not received tracking information within 1–2 business days of your order confirmation, contact hello@trend3wear.us

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged items: Report within 7 business days of delivery. Email hello@trend3wear.us with photos of the damage and your order number
  • Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, or if your package hasn’t moved in 5+ business days, contact us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date
  • We will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or full refund

8. Taxes and Duties

US Orders: Sales tax is calculated based on applicable state and local tax rates for your delivery address. The exact tax amount is shown at checkout before you complete payment.

Note (Google Merchant Center compliance): All merchant-applied fees (handling, processing) are included in the shipping rate shown above. Government taxes and import duties are disclosed separately and not included in product prices.
