At Trend3wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to initiate a return. Items must be returned within this window to qualify for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, Unused, and in Original Condition: The item must be in its original, pristine condition, showing no signs of wear, scuffs, dirt, or damage.
  • All Original Tags Attached: All original tags, including product tags, authenticity tags, and any other attached labels, must remain intact and attached to the item.
  • In Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including the shoe box, dust bag, and any protective materials. The shoe box should not be used as the shipping box.
  • Accompanied by Order Confirmation: A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must be included with your return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show any signs of use.
  • Items with removed, damaged, or tampered-with tags.
  • Final sale or clearance items, explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, accident, or normal wear and tear.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at hello@trend3wear.us with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will review your request and respond within 24 hours with either an approval or further instructions. Please do not send your item back until you have received confirmation from us.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original, undamaged packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached. Please place the shoe box inside another protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship Your Return: Ship the item using the method and instructions provided in our email.
  • Return Address: We will provide the specific return address via email once we accept your return request.
  1. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our eligibility conditions. We will then proceed with your refund or exchange.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing (not due to our error), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Items: If you received a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, Trend3wear will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

6. Refunds

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
  • Note: Original payment processing fees charged by Stripe and PayPal are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, please email hello@trend3wear.us with your original order number and details of the replacement item you wish to receive. We will confirm availability and guide you through the exchange process.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, please email hello@trend3wear.us immediately with your order number. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process (Section 4) applies.

9. Damaged or Lost in Transit

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and email hello@trend3wear.us within 7 business days of delivery. Include your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit and has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will open a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, as applicable.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted to your account (typically 3–10 business days depending on the institution).
